Today we highlight the impactful initiatives of the NHLCA BIPOC Coaches Program and the NHLCA Female Coaches Program. In collaboration with the NHLCA, we're excited to showcase how these programs are reshaping hockey coaching and fostering opportunities.

The NHLCA Female Coaches Program embodies this principle, ushering in a new era of empowerment and involvement.
