My goal is to create a culture and atmosphere for my players that fosters love for training, competing, communicating and advancing forward in everything they do to become a better athlete and person.

I’ve been coaching minor hockey since the 90s, and I’ve always been driven to help fellow coaches. My goal is simple: support coaches so they feel prepared, confident, and ready to help their players grow. Through practical tools, videos, and real on-ice experience, I focus on giving coaches what they need to build strong habits and keep their players at the centre of every decision.

I have always leaned towards helping fellow coaches, from youth to pro level and teams. With my work ethic and attention to detail, I strive to use different ways to help the coaches understand better while providing a visual with drill drawing, videos and more.
