Onboarding an entire association to a standardized digital coaching platform can be challenging. Whether you're managing 100 teams or just 8, every coach has their own habits and level of tech-savviness, making it difficult to get everyone on the same page. However, as coaches, it’s our responsibility to evaluate, adapt, and improve throughout the season.

To support this process, we’re introducing Live Usage Statistics for all Association Coaches and Managers! This feature will give you valuable insights into how coaches are utilizing CoachThem’s practice planning tools, helping you identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for growth within your organization.

Where to Find It
 

You’ll find these real-time coaching stats under the Manage tab on your Association Page, displaying your organization’s structure and engagement levels.

• If you see coaches actively drawing drills and contributing to the Association’s database, acknowledge their efforts and encourage them to keep building the club’s development.
• If some coaches are falling behind, lend a hand! Help them navigate the platform or suggest they check out our Webinar Series.
