At CoachThem, we understand that sometimes things come up, and renewing your subscription might slip your mind or not be feasible right away. So, what happens when your subscription isn't renewed for another year?
When your PRO subscription expires, your account will be downgraded, but don't worry! No data is ever deleted or lost. All the drills, practice plans, and notes you've saved remain intact. The only thing that changes is your access—you temporarily lose the ability to use PRO features until you're ready to upgrade again. Once you resubscribe, you'll have full access to everything just as before.
It's also important to note that your auto-renewal is entirely under your control. You can turn off the auto-renewal feature anytime before your renewal date by adjusting your settings within your account. Keeping this in mind will ensure that you only renew when you're ready.
Lastly, don't forget about CoachThem's rewards program! All coaches from hockey, lacrosse and soccer are invited to sign up, refer a fellow coach, and earn commission once that coach subscribes. It's an easy way to share the tools you love while benefiting from your network.
Stay organized, stay prepared, and keep coaching!
