At CoachThem, we want to ensure that our coaches and community are always supported and well informed. Whether you have a question about the platform, a feature suggestion for the team, or simply in need of a bit of guidance, we’re here to help!

So, to help, we thought… why don’t we cover some of our most popular FAQs for you to become more familiar with our platform!

 

Does CoachThem have an app?

 

One of the great things about CoachThem is that we’re a web app, meaning you don’t have to download anything. We have complete flexibility to be used on any device that has a browser which makes our platform completely cross functional across operating systems and devices.

You can, however, add a shortcut to the CoachThem website on the home screen of your iPad, iPhone, or Android devices. To learn how to add CoachThem to your homescreen, click here.

 

Is there an option to import drills from another program to CoachThem?

 

Since there is no standard for drill drawing, we are unable to import the work you have completed on another program automatically. To support our coaches, we offer a drill drawing service where our team of expert drill creators re-create your drills in your CoachThem account. Reach out to our team at sales@coachthem.com for details!

 

Does CoachThem have animation?

 

We currently don’t have animation on our platform. As an alternative, our coaches can use our video feature which allows you to add a clip from the internet to your drill. Which, as a result, enhances your static drill diagram with an extra visual!

 

 

What are some ways of sharing on CoachThem?

 

When looking to share your drill or practice plan with another coach, the easiest way to use our sharing feature is done directly on our site. Sharing drills on CoachThem will send an email and in-app notification to the coach.

Our sharing features are optimized to use with other coaches on CoachThem, so if your fellow coach is not a user, you can download the plan as a PDF and email it to them. For step-by-step instructions, check out the Email Drills & Plans article.

 

 

Does CoachThem have custom tags?

 

To maintain a standard with our tags, we don’t currently offer customization as we want to avoid duplicates.

Moreover, if you have any specific drill or plan tags that you’d like to see, please send your recommendation to info@coachthem.com or reach out via our live chat, and our team will review them for addition to the platform.

 

Is the subscription renewal automatic?

 

Both annual and monthly CoachThem PRO subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of the term. This way, coaches can continue using CoachThem without interruptions and having to manually upgrade their account.

Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time by visiting your Account Settings and clicking the Unsubscribe button. 

 

Do drills get deleted when an account is downgraded to free?

 

Not to worry coaches, nothing is ever deleted or lost! When your account is downgraded from PRO to Free you temporarily lose access to your saved data. Under the free plan, you will only be able to view the last 5 drills and 2 plans.

However, once you upgrade to PRO, you regain access to all your drills and plans!
