• O passes a puck to O off the bumper, O takes a shot one-timer (x 3)
• After the 3rd shot, O skates and collects the puck and shoots at the net

 

2 VS 0 Zone Entry Drill

• On C's whistle, O skates with the puck from below the goal line and makes a pass to O posted in NZ
• O then skates in NZ and enters OZ then collects the pass from the O and takes a shot on the net

 

 

Cardio x Shots

• O working on catch and release while running

 

Quick Dodge And Shoot

Tags: Agility, Footwork, Shooting 

 

• Players run through the square, stop and turn at the pylon
• Players then move to the next pylon laterally in a shooting position
• C at the pylon will move the pylon at any side
• Players then move towards the net from the other side of that pylon and take a shot

 

 

Long Crossing And Finishing

Tags: Crossing, Finishing, Passing, Shooting 

 

• O passes and collects the ball off the bumper
• O then crosses the ball to O, after giving a pass to O, run towards the net
• O receives a pass from O and takes a shot at the net
• After giving a pass, O collects 2nd ball dribble and passes the ball inside the box
• O runs and takes a one-timer shot at the net

 

Drop To Receive

Tags: Individual Skill, Shooting 

 

• O drops from the mannequin towards the C and collects the ball
• O then fakes around the mannequin and takes a shot at the net
