NEW FEATURES: Video and Enhanced ABC

We're excited to announce a new feature in CoachThem—video integration for your drills, along with an enhanced ABC feature. Now, you can display your drills exactly how you want, with a more dynamic and comprehensive approach.

Video Integration
 

The key to an effective drill is ensuring that you, your coaches, and your players can clearly understand its flow and progression. While our sketchpad already offers unique lines and icons to help explain your drills, sometimes seeing the drill in action can make all the difference. While animated drills can be helpful, creating them can be time-consuming. To make things easier for you, we've introduced video integration.

With CoachThem’s new video feature, you can now attach a link from YouTube or Vimeo directly to your drill. This provides a seamless viewing experience that complements your drill diagram perfectly.

Using the new video feature is simple: just click the video icon and place it anywhere on the sketchpad. Plus, you can attach multiple videos to a single drill, so whether you're breaking the drill into stations or adding a tutorial for a specific skill, you're not limited to just one video!

 

 

• Place the Video Camera on the sketchpad, as you would with any other icon and enter in your YouTube or Vimeo URL and Select Save.
• After it's been added while using the Selection Tool, simply select the Video icon on the sketchpad and in its Properties select the Play button.
• You can turn on and off camera icons on the sketchpad by simply selecting the Layer icon located to the left of the Save button.
• Lastly, viewing your Video directly in your practice plan by clicking the Video icon!

Enhanced ABC
 

The final feature that we've added in this release in an enhanced ABC tool. Our previous ABC tool allowed you to put text on the ice, but we've beefed it up, adding NEW multi-line, align and size customisation features!

With these new additions, we're confident that you'll have a drill drawing experience like nothing else!
